A superb large Burmese Shan wood Buddha, Circa 18th / 19th century.
Beautiful and elegant example in carved hard wood with lacquer and gold gilt, the Buddha seated in the meditation posture with hands
held in the Bhumisparsha mudra raised on a double lotus plinth.
Measures: Height 36 cm, width 32 cm
Condition: Good with expected wear.
