The churinga  is a  sacred message board  for the Australian aboriginal people
and holds spiritual messages sacred to the tribe or individual who made it.
 Churingas  are be stored in a sacred places and only brought out during ritual or religious ceremonies.
This small type of Churinga is often worn as a hair pin  by senior elders of the tribe as a ceremonial decoration.
